1) How can I request quotation?
Our price is mainly base on the wall size w x h.
Let us know how big is your wall size (width x height) and the site location.
We will update you an estimated quote according.
2) Will you come for site visit?
Yes, we will go to customer's site once customer has confirmed the price is workable and would like to proceed further.
We have a site visit fee of RM 150, this RM 150 will be fully rebated once customer proceeds with the order, so no charge for site visit (if proceeds with the order).
3) If my walls have some cracking issue, can I install wallpaper?
Yes, we will provide a minor wall touch-up to repair the cracking first before we install the wallpapers.
4) Will it be dusty or smelly during wallpaper installation?
No. The adhesive is in water-based paste form. It won’t be smelly or dusty throughout the installation process
5) Will it be safe to install wallpapers in my baby's room or kids room?
Yes. The adhesives that we use are water-based and VOCs free, it is safe for baby and kids room.
6) How long will the installation lead time be?
For Korean Wallpapers, we do have ex-stock here, the installation lead time is about 1 week+ upon confirmation.
While for Japanese wallpaper, it will be indented from Japan, the installation lead time is about 2 week+.
The lead time will be depending on our installation schedule as well.
7) Do you provide warranty? How long is the warranty period?
Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty on the workmanship defects.
