Wallpapers are not waterproofing, thus we do not recommend customers to install wallpapers in the high moisture areas that will directly contact with water, eg: the bathroom.
While you can install it in the kitchen wall that won’t be directly in contact with water.
Yes, you can.
Yes, we will provide a minor wall touch-up to repair the cracking first before we install the wallpapers.
We will suggest doing a wall touch-up or skim coat first before you install the wallpaper, else the wavy appearance will still be reflected on the wallpaper surface.
We will advise the customer to remove the tiles first or do a skim coat on the tiles first before we install wallpaper. Else the tiles gap will still be seen after the wallpaper is installed.
Yes, you can wipe the wallpapers with a damp rag, make sure you ring out the rag, and do not use strong detergent on it.
No, wallpaper is not waterproofing, it can only be installed indoors. For outdoor usage, we will recommend using wall stickers.
No. the customer needs to resolve the leaking issue first before you can install wallpapers, else high moisture will cause molds on the wallpaper.
Yes, wallpaper can be installed on wooden doors and cupboards. but not on the metal or plastic materials.
Not advisable, you may face adhesion issues later, the wallpapers could be peeled off easily.
No, good-quality wallpapers will not cause damage to the walls.
We do not recommend customers install wallpapers by themselves unless they have undergone professional wallpaper installation training.

No. Our wallpapers are not pure paper wallpapers, they are vinyl wallpapers with fire safety specs.
Yes. The adhesives that we use are water-based and VOCs free, it is safe for baby and kids room.
We have Korean wallpapers, Japanese wallpapers and European wallpapers as well as Vinyl and Fabric-based wallpapers.
Yes, you can. You can have it vertically or horizontally.
We do not recommend wallpaper to be installed on a half wall, it needs to be in a full wall. Else the edge can easily get open.
All our installers are very experienced Malaysian (not foreign workers), they are in this wallpapers industry for more than 15 years.
No. The adhesive is in paste form water-based. It won’t be smelly or dusty throughout the installation process.

Yes, we do provide wallpapers supply and installation services (only for our wallpapers customers).
For those who already bought wallpapers and only look for an installer, we are not providing mere installation service.
Yes, we do provide wallpapers and stickers removal services, only for our wallpaper customers.
We can do up to 20 over feet height.
If the wall height is above 12ft, we will use scaffolding to install the wallpapers.
Our price is mainly base on the wall size.

We do keep ex-stock for Korea and European wallpapers.
While Japan wallpapers will be indented from Japan, the shipping lead time is about 2 weeks plus.
The installation lead time is about 1-2 weeks, depending on our installation schedule.
Our minimum order quantity is 100sqft.
We will collect a 70% deposit upon customers have confirmed to proceed with the order, the balance of 30% will be collected after the work is done.
We do not have any installment plan at this moment. Customers can pay us by cash, cheque or by online bank transfer.
Yes. We provide a 1-year warranty on the products and workmanship defects.
Yes, we will come for site measurement once customers have confirmed that the price is workable and would like to proceed with the order.
If the wall size is within 800sqft, normally it can be done within a day.
